【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke.
■ No pets allowed.
■ Parties and events are not allowed, please do not play loud music or make loud noises.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please be sure to inform us in advance.
■ Children aged 24 months or older on the check-in date will be charged as adults.
■ When checking out, garbage must be placed on the first floor and sorted (general garbage, food waste, recycling). We provide trash bags!
■ Check-in time is 4pm, if cleaning is done quickly we will provide you with a code immediately to assist you with check-in (early check-in cannot be guaranteed). Likewise, if there are no other guests booked on the same day, the check-out time can be flexibly extended (late check-out is not guaranteed).
■ The water heater can generally provide a shower for 3 to 4 people. If the hot water runs out, you need to wait 20 to 30 minutes before it can be used again.
■ Due to poor ventilation in the kitchen, please do not eat food with a strong smell (especially spicy stews and grilled meats...the next guest may not be able to accept it and will need to pay a penalty equivalent to one day's reservation)
