【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
■ Children aged 24 months or older on the check-in date will be charged as adults.
■ This building is entirely non-smoking, and if you smoke, please do so outside the building (smoking in the hallways or verandas is also strictly prohibited). When smoking in the hallway, an alarm is sent to the host via CCTV. In this case, a fine of 100,000 won will be charged and you will be asked to leave the room without a refund.
■ This accommodation is operated with the consent of the neighbors. As this is an apartment where actual neighbors live, please be sure to keep your voice low for your neighbors from 10 PM to 7 AM. (Parties and events are absolutely prohibited). In the event of a complaint, a fine of 100,000 won will be charged and you will be asked to leave the room without a refund.
■ Please take off your shoes before using the accommodation.
■ The day before check-out, please avoid cooking with strong odors for the next guest.
■ CCTV is installed at the entrance for security purposes.
■ There are stairs to the elevator (about 10 steps). Alternatively, you can avoid stairs by using a car lift connected to the basement.
■ Vehicle lift parking is only available for segment vehicles. Please let us know in advance when making a reservation.
■ Free open-air parking is available (3 cars), but since it is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot guarantee a spot. Our guests have parked without any issues so far.
■ Please let me know in advance if you plan to park when making your reservation.
■ In winter, the maximum indoor heating temperature is limited to 24 degrees.
