■ Please do not smoke. If you want to smoke, please go to the parking lot on the second floor
■ Smoking indoors will result in a fine of 200,000 won
■ Must keep quiet from 10pm to 8am, located in a residential area, please respect your neighbors
■ The room is equipped with an automatic control system for the boiler and the air conditioner is at the appropriate temperature. Therefore, excessive use of electricity (air conditioners) and boilers outside business hours may be remotely controlled based on the set temperature
[The air conditioner set temperature in June, July and August is 23 degrees//The boiler set temperature is 24 degrees in November, December, January and February]
■ Please follow instructions for washing used utensils and disposing of rubbish and food waste
■ If you need a parking space, please inform us in advance during the reservation process. A deposit of 50,000 won is required
■ If the parking lot remote control is lost, a replacement fee of KRW 100,000 will be charged
■ No pets allowed
■ Parties and events are not allowed, please do not play loud music or make loud noises
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or rooms, please inform us in advance.
