【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
■ Pets are not allowed.
■ No parties and events, no loud music or loud noises
■ Children over 24 months (inclusive) on the date of check-in will be charged as adults
■ Please take off your shoes when entering the room. There are indoor shoes to wear.
■ There is a paid parking lot (paid private parking lot, Yishan parking lot) 1 minute away from the building.
■ If the wallpaper, bedding, furniture is damaged, there will be an additional fee (bed: 250,000 won, yellow sofa: 250,000 won, single chair: 150,000 won, table: 90,000 won, the cost depends on the site)
■ Please collect and clean up separately before leaving the room.
■ There is a garbage disposal area on the first floor of the building, please sort and dispose of it separately on the first floor. (General Garbage/Food Waste/Plastic/Paper).
