Shopping convenience

I accidentally locked the toilet one night and couldn't use the room all night. I had to go to the public toilet downstairs. The landlord quickly processed it the next day. Before reaching the room, I had to climb a slope. I used the stairs to the first floor and then took the elevator up. There are large items in the room. Luggage is not convenient
