■ Do not smoke
■ Do not bring pets
■ Children over 24 months (inclusive) on the date of check-in will be charged as adults
■ No cooking is allowed, but the kitchen is equipped with a small sink, microwave, tea set, coffee pot, coffee pods, drip coffee maker and wine glasses, and you can enjoy takeaway meals.
■ There are no washing machines, dryers, or televisions.
■ Parking is available, but it must be parked in a designated parking lot, which can be reached within a 12-minute walk.
■ May be forced to leave immediately if excessive noise or damage to neighbors is caused by drinking loudly and causing complaints from neighbors. In such cases, absolutely no refunds can be made.
■ Because there are stones and trees in the yard, we did not install safety devices. Please be careful and safe, and we will not be responsible for any accidents that happen to Renxin.
■ A maximum of two people can be accommodated, please do not exceed the number of occupants. The occupancy is 2 people. If you exceed the number of people booked, you may be forced to leave.
■ If the smell is too strong, a cleaning and disinfection fee of KRW 200 will be charged.
■ Minors must be accompanied by their parents and other guardians before entering the venue, and it is forbidden to bring dangerous items into the venue.
■ Hanok is a wooden building, and fire is strictly prohibited. Incense, candles, etc. are also prohibited.
