【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am. (Please contact the host in advance to request early check-in or late check-out. Additional fees may apply depending on the situation)
■ Children aged 24 months and above on the check-in date will be charged as adults.
■ Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors or inside buildings. If smoking is detected, a fee will be charged for cleaning and replacement of wallpaper.
■ No pets allowed.
■ As this is a residential area, please be careful not to make noise after 10pm. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, noise complaints may result in early departure without refund.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people. If the number of people or the number of rooms increases or decreases, please be sure to inform us in advance.
■ Use smart door locks for contactless self-service check-in.
■ To ensure safety, surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance.
■ If any unexpected damage or stains occur during your stay, please contact us immediately. If found after check-out, a fee may be charged.
■ Please wear indoor slippers at all times in the hotel! All slippers are thoroughly cleaned before each stay. If shoe prints are found on the floor after check-out, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
■ Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. If a toilet becomes clogged, a $200 removal fee will be charged.
