Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. This property's fitness facilities (swimming pool, gym and sauna) are closed for maintenance on the fourth Monday of each month. This property’s sauna, fitness facility, and swimming pool will not be available on January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 7, August 25, September 22, October 20, November 17, and December 22, 2025. Please note that toothbrushes, razors, and toothpaste are available for a surcharge. This property's pool will not be available from noon to 1 PM and from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
The seasonal pool will be open from June 06 to August 31. Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.Some facilities may have restricted access. This property charges fees to access the indoor and outdoor pools. From June 6-30 and September 1-14, the indoor and outdoor pool access fee is KRW 22,000 per adult and KRW 11,000 per child. From July 1-17 and August 18-31, the indoor pool access fee ranges from KRW 11,000-22,000 per adult and KRW 5,000-11,000 per child, and the outdoor pool access fee is KRW 22,000 per adult and KRW 11,000 per child. From July 18-August 31, the indoor and outdoor pool access fee ranges from KRW 25,300-29,700 per adult and KRW 19,800-24,200 per child. Fees are charged per entrance.
