■ Please do not smoke. Please smoke on the street on the first floor. If you smoke indoors, a cleaning fee of KRW 100,000 will be charged.
■ No pets allowed.
■ Parties and events are not allowed, please do not play loud music or make loud noises.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please be sure to inform us in advance.
■ There is no free parking. We will provide parking fee of KRW 5,000 and direct you to a nearby paid parking lot. [Only supports 1 unit]
■ Located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building with no elevator.
■ Children aged 24 months or older on the check-in date will be charged as adults.
