Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. It is the property’s policy that guests under 19 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check in. Pool access is limited to one entry per day, per person in July and August. Re-entry is not allowed. The property’s pools, sauna, fitness center, and kid's lounge are closed on the last Wednesday of every month, except July and December (subject to change without prior notice). Outdoor facilities may be restricted due to unforeseen circumstances.
