【Accommodation Rules】
■ Please be sure to observe the check-in and check-out times. Check-in time: weekday (Sunday to Thursday) check-in: 16:00, check-out: 12:00; weekend (Friday, Saturday) check-in: after 17:00, check-out: 12:00
■ Room numbers and designs are randomly assigned according to the operation of the partner store.
■ Minors should stay with adults.
■ Pets are only allowed in certain room types, and pets are not allowed in other room types. Violations are non-refundable and subject to eviction.
■ We are not responsible for lost personal items. Please keep your personal belongings safe.
■ Candlelight activities, balloon installations and cooking are prohibited in the room.
■ When using the room and surrounding facilities, if any facilities are damaged or lost, you must be responsible for compensation.

【Explanation of additional fee】
■ Please abide by the standard occupancy or maximum occupancy. If you exceed the number of people booked or enter the room without permission, you will be taken out of the room.
■ The number of people can be added according to each room type, adult: 30,000 won/person; child (5-13 years old): 20,000 won/person. The cost depends on the site
■ If additional breakfast is required, adults: 10,000 won/person; children (5-12 years old): 4,000 won/person. The fee depends on the site, please pay on site.

[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets are only allowed in pet city rooms and pet ocean rooms. Please specify the breed and kilograms of the accompanying dog when booking the room. One dog under 8kg is allowed.
■ A fee of 30,000 won will be charged for accommodation with more than one dog.
■ Must receive 5 doses of rabies vaccine within 2 years.
■ When moving a dog within the hotel, guests must hold it or use a crate.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
■ Additional charges apply for damaged or heavily soiled items depending on the situation. If your dog defecates on hotel bedding or carpet, an additional laundry fee will be charged. (Pillow KRW 30,000 / Quilt KRW 80,000 / Carpet KRW 120,000)
