■ Do not smoke
■ Do not bring pets
■ Not suitable for infants (under 2 years old), children over 24 months (inclusive) on the check-in date will be charged as adults
■ Parties and events are not allowed
■ When checking out, please separate food waste and recycling waste and dispose of it in a separate collection area on the ground floor. (There is only 1 elevator next to the independent collection area on the 4th floor leading to B1F)
■ Do not cook food with strong smells. such as grilled meat, grilled fish
■ Please wash the kitchen utensils after use
■ Responsibility for damages or contamination of equipment if the tenant accidentally uses it
■ If there are contaminants that cannot be removed by cleaning, an additional fee will be charged.
■ Do not place balloons and adhesive tapes on the walls, or place candles that pose a fire risk
■ No occupancy is allowed except for the number of reserved guests
■ Do not do laundry late at night or speak loudly
■ Late check-out and early check-in will be charged an additional 5,000 KRW every 30 minutes
