[Important!!] The counter will close at 21:00. Passengers arriving after 21:00 will switch to self-service check-in, so please be sure to inform in
advance!!

1. Check-in time for the campsite starts at 15:00. In order to check in quickly, guests are required to fill in the advance check-in form in advance, please cooperate ((After booking, an email containing the online advance check-in form information will be sent to you, please be sure to check and fill it out))

2. For guests who choose meal-inclusive meals, meals will be served in the room. Dinner time is from 17:30 to 19:00, and breakfast time is from 8:00 to 8:30. After the guest chooses, the waiter will deliver it to the room. If guests who do not choose to include meals want to use the BBQ grill in the room, they need to pay an additional usage fee of 5,000 yen.

3. Only dogs are allowed in the campground. A maximum of 3 dogs can be brought into each cabin.
(3 small dogs or 2 medium or 2 large dogs). Each dog is charged 5,000 yen per night. But not be allowed in the Citrine and Turquoise house.

4. When the number of people in the order changes, you need to inform in advance because the price is different for different people.

5. Beds are set according to the number of people. For example, if 2 people check in, only 2 single beds are provided.

6.Additional information about the free shuttle service: The pick-up route is from Kawaguchiko Station to the campsite.10am for check-out and 14:30 for check-in, one time in every day. The reservation should be in advance until fully booked. Please be informed.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
