【Accommodation Rules】
■ Orders will be responded to on a "working day" basis. If there is a holiday in Taiwan or Japan, the response time will be extended and there is no restriction on replying within 24 hours.
■ Check-in time: Open-air tent camping site: 13:00~19:00; other accommodation facilities: 14:00~19:00. If you are unable to arrive before 19:00, please be sure to contact the on-site service desk to notify. No entry before 2pm due to room and venue cleaning.
■ When checking in, you are required to confirm and sign the "House Rules". If there is a printed "Reservation Confirmation", you do not need to fill in the "Registration Card", but please note that you still need to confirm and sign the "Front Rules". Payment will also be made upon check-in.
■ Check-out time: Open-air tent camping sites: 7:00 ~ 12:00; other accommodation facilities: 7:00 ~ 11:00. You can apply for late check-out (additional fees apply). However, there may be situations where late check-out may not be available, depending on the availability of other guests checking in that day. If you have this requirement, please be sure to come to the front desk to confirm on the day (reservations are not accepted).
■ The use of open flames, fireworks, generators and karaoke is prohibited in the venue. (If you need to burn an open flame, please bring buckets and other items that will not be directly exposed to fire, or you can rent equipment provided by the venue.)
■ Shared baths are open free of charge. (Please bring your own soap and shampoo products.)
■ If you need to change room types and stay for more than two consecutive nights, please check out before 11:00 am. Check-in time for the next room will be after 2:00 pm.
■ A maximum of one vehicle is allowed per accommodation, regardless of vehicle type. If you need to park a second car, please use the car park in front of the hotel.
■ Please be aware that tree sap may adhere to vehicles and tents depending on the season.
■ To allow guests to spend their time comfortably, we conduct night patrols. After 10pm, please keep quiet and ask guests to understand and cooperate with etiquette. (Vehicles are prohibited from driving in the venue after 10 p.m.) After 10 p.m., the door may be closed and vehicle access may be restricted. Please confirm with the front desk.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
