【Accommodation Rules】
■ Orders will be responded to on a "working day" basis. If there is a holiday in Taiwan or Japan, the response time will be extended and there is no restriction on replying within 24 hours.
■ Check-in time: 14:00~19:00 (Camping tent area: 13:00 ~ 19:00) If you cannot arrive before 19:00, please be sure to contact the on-site front desk to inform. (Due to the need for room and venue cleaning, entry is not possible before 2 p.m.) When checking in, please present the "Reservation Confirmation" we sent to the front desk. If you do not bring this confirmation form, please fill out the "Registration Card" at the front desk.
■ Check-out time: 7:00 ~ 11:00 (camper area: ~ 12:00) You can apply for late check-out (additional fees apply). However, late check-out may not be available depending on the availability of other guests checking in that day. If you need it, please confirm with the front desk on the day (reservations are not accepted).
■ Activities such as open fires, fireworks, generators, and karaoke are not allowed on site. (If you need a campfire, please bring items to avoid open flames, which can also be rented at the front desk.)
■ Shared bathrooms are available free of charge. (Amenities such as soap and shampoo are not provided, but a hair dryer is provided.)
■ Guests who stay for more than two consecutive nights and change room types are required to check out before 11:00 am. Check-in time for the next room starts at 2:00 pm.
■ Depending on the accommodation type, one vehicle can be parked sideways at each accommodation facility.
■ Please note that depending on the season, resin from trees may stick to vehicles or tents. Around February to March, the self-service laundry facilities are unavailable due to freezing issues.
■ We conduct patrols at night for the comfort of our guests. Please keep quiet after 10:00 pm, and ask for your understanding and courtesy. (Vehicles are prohibited from driving in the venue after 10:00 p.m.) After 10:00 p.m., gates may be closed and vehicle entry and exit restrictions may apply, please check with the front desk.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
