Common rules and precautions
*These house rules contain important rules that all guests should follow. Please be sure to read until the end and share the information with all guests. Please agree to all of these rules before proceeding with your reservation.
*This facility is also used by other customers, so please help us keep the inside of the facility clean. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when checking out, and please put away any trash.
・The use of fire inside the facility is strictly prohibited.
・It is prohibited to bring in tools other than those provided, such as hot plates, stoves, or indoor play equipment that may be damaged inside the facility. (If there is something you would like to bring in, please contact us in advance.)
・If the building or equipment is damaged or soiled, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs. If you find any damage or stains, please let us know at checkout.
・Equipments inside the building cannot be taken home. If you take the item home by mistake, you will be responsible for the cost of repurchasing it.
・Visits to the building other than the reported guests are prohibited. (There is a security camera outside the building. If a false report is made, a penalty will be charged. In the case of malicious reporting, we will report it to the police.) Basic cooking utensils and seasonings are included in the amenities, but seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons. note that.
・Please put away your trash in the trash can. If you stay for more than 3 nights and there is trash in your room, please let us know.
・We cannot collect cardboard waste. Please dispose of it yourself.
・Please manage your valuables at your own risk.
・Please refrain from eating and drinking on the bedding.
・Pets are not allowed in the room. If you enter the room, you will be charged an inconvenience fee.
・When checking out, please turn off the air conditioner and lights, and lock the door before leaving.
・Check-in is by 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please be punctual. If you check in before 15:00 or stay after 10:00, an overage fee will be charged. (Please leave after the cleaning staff arrives.) If you wish to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance.
・The guest who made the reservation must be present. Please note that we do not accept reservations on behalf of others. In addition, if you make a reservation on behalf of a guest, please note that we will not issue a refund even if you refuse to accept the guest.
・With the exception of special periods, cancellations at this hotel are normally accepted until midnight 5 days before check-in, and we will not be able to refund fees due to a reduction in the number of guests after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be careful with firearms. Fireworks, both large and small, are prohibited.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
