Common rules and usage notes
*This house rule contains important rules that all guests should follow. Please be sure to read until the end and share the information with all guests. Please agree to all of these rules before proceeding with your reservation.
*Since this facility is also used by other customers, we ask for your cooperation in keeping the facility clean and tidy. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when you check out, and please put the garbage together.
・The use of fire inside the facility is strictly prohibited.
・It is prohibited to bring in tools other than those provided, such as hot plates, stoves, or indoor playground equipment that may be damaged. (If there is anything you really want to bring, please be sure to consult us in advance.)
・If the building or equipment is damaged or soiled, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs. If you find any damage or stains, please let us know at checkout.
・Equipments inside the building cannot be taken home. If you take the item home by mistake, you will be responsible for the cost of repurchasing it.
・Visit to the building other than the reported guests is prohibited. (There are security cameras outside the building. In the unlikely event that a false report is received, a penalty fee will be charged. If it is malicious, we will report it to the police.)
・Basic cooking with in-house amenities Utensils and seasonings are provided together, but seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons. note that.
・Please put away the garbage in the trash can. Please let us know if there is garbage in your room after 3 nights or more.
- Cardboard waste cannot be collected. Please dispose of it by yourself.
・Please manage your valuables at your own risk.
・Please refrain from eating and drinking on the bedding.
・Pets are not allowed in the room. If you enter the room, you will be charged a nuisance fee.
・When checking out, please turn off the air conditioner and lights, lock the door, and leave.
・Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Please be punctual. If you check in before 15:00 or stay after 10:00, you will be charged an excess fee. (Please leave after the cleaning staff arrives.) If you wish to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance.
・The guest who made the reservation must stay. Please note that we do not accept proxy reservations. In addition, if you make a reservation on behalf of a guest, please note that we will not issue a refund even if you refuse to accept the guest.
・With the exception of special periods, cancellations at this hotel are normally accepted until midnight 5 days before check-in, and we will not be able to refund fees due to a reduction in the number of guests after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be careful with firearms. Fireworks, including large and small ones, are prohibited.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
