⑫ Within the premises (including the parking lot), excluding guest rooms, the customer must carry the dog, or tie it to a cage or leash brought by the customer, and move with the dog.
⑬ The minimum amount of discipline that will not cause trouble to other customers is followed, and the dog must not bark unnecessarily, jump up, or destroy facilities.
