Laundry equipment and microwave ovens are not for exclusive use in the room, please pay special attention!!
[1] Requests to customers
① Only dogs (hereafter referred to as dogs) are allowed, and no other pets are allowed.
The child must be at least 6 months old.
(3) The pet must be a domesticated medium or small dog weighing less than 20kg.
④ Only one dog is allowed per room. (*In addition, if you wish to stay with two dogs, we will charge an additional discount rate [¥ 3,000]) Have been treated for parasites.
⑥ When entering the building or guest room, please be sure to wipe the dog's feet before entering.
⑦ Please bring your dog's leash, collar, food, tableware, toilet, brush, and special bedding that you are used to using.
⑧ You have been vaccinated against rabies preventive vaccine and combined vaccine (at least 5 types of viral infectious diseases), and it has been more than 2 weeks and less than 1 year since the vaccination, and you must be able to submit a copy of the certificate upon arrival.
⑨ If the dog is a girl, 4 weeks or more have passed since the start of menstruation, she is not currently menstruating, and there is no possibility of menstruation during her stay.
⑩ Dogs are allowed to enter the ryokan only in the guest rooms and the corridors of the exclusive building.
⑪ In the unlikely event that your dog defecates on the premises, clean up after yourself in a hygienic manner.
⑫ Within the premises (including the parking lot), excluding guest rooms, the customer must carry the dog, or tie it to a cage or leash brought by the customer, and move with the dog.
⑬ The minimum amount of discipline that will not cause trouble to other customers is followed, and the dog must not bark unnecessarily, jump up, or destroy facilities.
⑭ If there is a risk of causing trouble for other dogs, or if the above conditions are not met, we may refuse to stay.
[2] Precautions
① If there is a false statement in the application at the time of reservation, if it violates the agreement, or if this confirmation item is violated, etc. We may refuse to stay or stay with dogs.

In the unlikely event that there is staining, breakage, or damage, please be sure to report it to the front staff as soon as possible.
③ In principle, please refrain from staying in the room with your dog alone. In the unlikely event that an accident such as injury or death of the dog, or any other trouble occurs, the inn will not be held responsible.
④ In the event of an emergency such as an earthquake or fire, protect your dog immediately and be careful not to cause harm to a third party.
⑥ We cannot keep dogs at our ryokan.
⑦ If the sheets, futon, sofa, etc. in the guest room are soiled, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
⑧ Please sign below if you agree to this agreement after confirming the requests and notes to the customer.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
