This accommodation does not provide invoices or receipts.

・ Please note that a surveillance camera is installed at the entrance of the site.
-The prepared equipment that can be used is matched to the number of people reserved. If you need more equipment, please be sure to contact us. Please note that you will be charged for the use of equipment other than the available amount.
-No smoking in the room. Please smoke outdoors in an outdoor smoking area.
-No pets are allowed.
-Please do not make noise after 22:00.
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.

If the check-out is delayed from the check-out time [10:00 am] without contact, we will charge the following fees.
Cleaning staff waiting fee: 1500 yen including tax every 30 minutes after 10:00

Please note that additional costs will be incurred in the following cases.
① Shipment of forgotten items
We will ship by cash on delivery.

② Disposal of oversized garbage such as suitcases and buggies
3300 yen / included (guest billing)

③ Cancellation of cleaning on the day due to guest's convenience
If you request to extend the stay on the day or if you have to cancel the cleaning on the day, you will be charged a separate cleaning fee I have you. If you have any changes to your reservation, such as extended stays, please be sure to let us know 24 hours before check-out.
④ Emergency response
We will do our best to meet the needs of our guests, but we may not be able to respond on the day.
Please note that we will inform you at an additional cost when it is necessary to respond on the day except for urgency.
