House Rules
* This facility is also used by other customers, so please cooperate so that you can use the facility carefully and cleanly. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights at check-out and keep all the trash.
-The use of fire inside the building and on the balcony / deck is strictly prohibited.
-The built-in TV is a facility for connecting your smartphone, PC, and game console. Please note that you will not be able to see terrestrial broadcasting. In addition, please prepare the cables yourself.
-It is prohibited to bring in tools other than those provided, such as hot plates, stoves, or indoor playsets that may be damaged in the hall. (Please contact us in advance if you really want to bring something in.)
-If the building or equipment is damaged or soiled, the customer will be responsible for the repair cost. If you find any damage or stains, please let us know at checkout.
-Equipment in the building cannot be taken home. If you accidentally take it home, you will be responsible for the repurchase cost.
-Visit to buildings other than the guest who reported it is prohibited. (There is a security camera outside the building. If there is a false report, we will charge a penalty. If it is malicious, we will report it to the police.)
-For the use of Airbnb, inside the building Basic cooking utensils and seasonings are included in the amenities of, but seasonings are not available from the viewpoint of hygiene. note that.
-Please put away the trash in the trash can. Please let us know if there is garbage in your room for 3 nights or more.
-Cardboard waste cannot be collected. Please dispose of it yourself.
-Please manage valuables at your own risk.
-Please refrain from eating and drinking on the bed.
-Pets are not allowed in the room. In the unlikely event that you enter the room, you will be charged a nuisance fee.
-Please turn off the air conditioner and electricity at check-out, close the door, and leave.
-Check-in is until 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Please be punctual. If you check in before 15:00 or stay after 10:00, you will be charged an overage fee. (The cleaning staff will leave after arrival.) Please contact us in advance if you wish to have early check-in or late check-out.
-Special such as the year-end and New Year holidays (12 / 28-1 / 3), Golden Week (4 / 24-5 / 7), the period before and after Obon (8 / 13-8 / 21), and consecutive holidays of 3 consecutive holidays or more. During the busy season, we charge a cancellation fee as our own cancellation policy in addition to the usual Airbnb cancellation policy. For 3 consecutive holidays, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee from 00:00 2 weeks before check-in, and from 00:00 1 month before check-in for the period before and after the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week and Obon. You can check before making a reservation, so please contact us if you would like to make a reservation during the busy season.
・ Except for special periods, the normal cancellation is until midnight 5 days before check-in, and we cannot refund the fee due to the decrease in the number of people after that. Thank you for your understanding.
~ BBQ rules ~
-A separate 4,000 yen is required to use the BBQ set.
-Please note that BBQ may not be possible even just before the day of the event depending on the weather such as rain, strong winds, lightning strikes, and typhoons.
-One-time use is up to 4 hours.
・ BBQ is until 21:00 in principle. There are also private houses in the surrounding area, so please be careful not to disturb neighboring residents such as noise. If you receive a noise complaint, we may forcibly suspend it. Please be careful.
-When the end of BBQ is approaching, please put the burning garbage in the provided garbage bag and put the cans and bottles together in another bag.
-Firearms other than the rented BBQ stove cannot be used. (Bringing stove, charcoal, shichirin, etc.)
-If the deck is burnt due to damage, cigarettes, etc., or if it is significantly soiled, the fee required to restore it to its original state will be charged. Please be careful when using it.
-Please be careful about firearms. Fireworks, etc. are prohibited, including large and small ones.
-Please make a reservation by the day before.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
