【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is restricted to outdoor parking lots. *Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself. All other areas of the premises are non-smoking. (also not allowed in the garden)
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ No entry, areas marked "staff only".
■ Disposal of fire (fireworks, candles, etc.) within the facility is prohibited.
■ In order to strictly observe capacity, we do not allow anyone other than registered guests to enter the room.
■ According to the Lodging Act, all tenants are required to submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (for all tenants) Please be sure to include one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.
■ Bonfire rental (without payment of firewood): 1,766 yen. If you wish, please let us know at least one week before your stay. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Please let us know if you would like an early check-in (from 13:00) or a late check-out (until 13:00). An additional 6,482 yen will be charged. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Water and electricity charges in winter will be charged separately, and the cost depends on the site.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
