This accommodation does not provide invoices or receipts.

1. The entrance is on the second floor, and the property is not barrier-free. We kindly ask guests who may find this type of facility difficult to access to refrain from booking.

2. Minors are not allowed to stay. If discovered, the reservation will be cancelled.

3. Please inform us of the number of guests in advance. We reserve the right to decline reservations exceeding the permitted number of guests.

4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. (Monitored by security cameras.)

5. No pets allowed.

6. Hair dyeing is prohibited inside the property.

7. No parties after 9:00 PM.

8. We do not offer luggage storage services.

9. A fee of ¥5,000 per item will be charged for stained sheets or duvet covers, and ¥3,000 per item for stained pillow covers.

10. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must fill out a guest registration form and submit a copy of their passport before check-in.

11. Each room is reserved for a single party. Rooms are not shared with other guests.

12. In the event of injury or accident during your stay, you are responsible for your own care and expenses.

13. No airport or station shuttle service is provided.

14. This is a private apartment, not a hotel. Concierge services are not available.

15. Please keep the room clean and dispose of garbage according to instructions.

16. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to furniture, electrical appliances, or equipment inside the property.

17. Always lock the door when going out and turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronics.

18. Do not enter areas other than the designated guest areas (such as the parking area or second floor). Do not use the stairs to the rooftop.

19. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. A minimum fine of ¥20,000 will be charged if discovered.

20. The property is located in a residential area. Parties and noisy behavior are prohibited. Please avoid disturbing neighbors, especially after 8:00 PM.

21. We will report any illegal behavior such as intoxication, fireworks, excessive noise, or drug use.

22. Smoking and the use of candles are strictly prohibited inside the property.

23. Guests are liable for any loss or damage to furniture, electronics, or facilities. Please notify us immediately if any equipment is damaged or not working.

24. (Duplicate of #17) Always lock the door when going out and turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronics.

25. To help protect the environment, please bring your own toothbrush and personal items whenever possible.

26. Please manage your valuables yourself. We are not responsible for any lost items.

27. Please wash cooking utensils after use.

28. Please remove your shoes when entering the room.

29. Do not engage in disruptive filming or enter neighboring homes or apartment buildings.

30. Please strictly observe the check-out time. A late check-out fee will be charged for departures after 11:15 AM.

31. Towels and bedding stored in the closet are not for guest use.

32. Do not answer the intercom.

34. Hair dyeing is prohibited in the bathroom or washroom.
