Supplier processing hours are: 9:30~18:00 Japan time from Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and Japanese holidays. If you place an order during non-working hours, you may need to wait for a longer time for confirmation. Please be aware.

【Ski Plan】
■ Rental process: Please go to the hotel counter to receive the redemption coupon when you check in.
■Snow pass: Use time -8:30~17:00 (only available during daytime hours)
■ Ski equipment package: includes tops, bottoms, shoes, and skis. Hats, gloves, and goggles not included can be rented separately on site.
■ Rental clothing will be sized, rented and returned in a special rental area in the hotel.
■ Children's and large-sized snow suits and equipment can be rented directly on site. No need to book in advance.

【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00/check-out time: 10:00. Since this hotel only provides a package that includes one hotel room, two meals, breakfast and dinner, please check in before 18:00.
■ Do not smoke.
■ No pets allowed.
■ Towels will not be changed during your stay.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.

■ There is a shuttle bus between Zao Bus Terminal and the hotel (advance reservation required).
■During the ski season, only the 2-meal plan is available.
■ Dinner: 17:45~19:15, arranged in groups 15 minutes apart. Zao beef barbecue & semi-buffet (until 21:00) / Breakfast: 6:45~9:00 Japanese set meal or buffet (cannot be specified) 　　　　　　　　
■ Introductions can be made in English only when there are foreign employees present on the day.
■ Children aged 0-2 years old are free of charge. Please inform the hotel in advance in the comments section of the order.
■ If there are children without bedding and meals, you will be charged an additional facility usage fee based on their age upon check-in.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
