The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Private bath/onsen access fees are JPY 1,000 per hour on weekdays and JPY 1,600 on weekends and other high season dates (additional fee required for public bath access). The private bath/onsen is open from 11 AM to 9 PM. Reservations are required 1 day prior to arrival.
Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply. We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
