Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in the Japanese-Style Room with Muslim Meals room category must contact the property 2 days in advance of arrival to make their meal selection (vegetarian, chicken, or fish made with halal seasoning; no pork, no alcohol). Guests who do not contact the property in advance will receive vegetarian meals. Please note: the kitchen, cooking equipment, and dishes are shared with non-halal food. Meals with pork and alcohol may be served to other guests at the restaurant during meal times.
Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
