Guests must transfer to the property via Shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is in car-free zone (private vehicles not permitted) and can be reached only by foot or shuttle bus at scheduled times. Guests should park their car in the Meotobuchi public parking area located at 880 Kawamata, Nikko, and walk 4.6 miles (7.5 kilometers) to the property.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
