■ Smoking is restricted to outdoor parking lots. *Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself. All other areas of the premises are non-smoking. (also not allowed in the garden)
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Please bring your own ingredients and seasonings (including salt and pepper).
■ No entry, areas marked "staff only".
■ Disposal of fire (fireworks, candles, etc.) within the facility is prohibited.
■ In order to strictly observe capacity, we do not allow anyone other than registered guests to enter the room.
■ According to the Accommodation Act, all tenants must submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (applicable to all tenants) Please be sure to attach one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.
■ BBQ equipment rental (3,883 yen/time) *Please contact us in advance. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Do not use wooden deck sections. If there are oil stains or scorch marks, we will charge a repair fee.
■ Winter utility costs are charged separately at the site, and the rate varies depending on the site.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
