■ Do not smoke.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ According to the Accommodation Act, all tenants must submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (applicable to all tenants) Please be sure to attach one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.
■ Air-conditioning is available only in Japanese-style rooms (2 rooms) on the first floor.
■ Please bring your own towels and seasonings (including salt and pepper).
■ Winter vacation: from December to the end of March.
■ If you want to rent barbecue equipment (6,472 yen/time), please contact us in advance. (The cost depends on the scene).
■ No entry, areas marked "staff only".

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
