■ Towels will not be changed during your stay.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
■ Shipping of lost items Domestic = We will send the items cash on delivery. An additional fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) is required at one time, and we do not ship overseas.
■ Disposal of bulky garbage such as suitcases and strollers = 4,400 yen～
■ If the guest requests to extend their stay on the same day due to convenience, or the cleaning service cannot be canceled on the same day, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
