House Rules
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Do not smoke, use e-cigarettes, or use strong perfume indoors. If smoking is found in the room, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
■ No pets allowed.
■ Luggage can be stored before check-in (from 12:15), please contact the hotel.
■ Towels will not be changed during your stay. Bedding will be prepared according to the number of people booked.
■ Shoes are strictly prohibited indoors. Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.
■ If you would like baby equipment such as a crib or teepee (stroller, baby bath, high chair), please contact the hotel.
■ Parties and events are not allowed.
■ Please do not make loud noises in the house after 9:00 pm to avoid disturbing neighbors.
■ Late check-out last time is 12:00, additional charges apply. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Please put used tableware, furniture, equipment, etc. back to their original places before leaving.
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
■ After completing your booking, we will send you a photo guide with directions to the property.
■ According to the Accommodation Law, all guests with reservations must submit the following documents: name, address in current country, occupation, nationality, passport (applicable to all reservations). Please be sure to attach a copy of your passport and a photo of the tenant's identification as shown in the passport.
Pre-departure Information According to the regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health and Social Security (MHLW), all international travelers must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (checking into a hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
