1. According to the New Japan Vacation Rental Law, filling out ‘Guest Registration Form’, collecting passport copy and identity confirmation are mandatory before check in. In addition, it is prohibited to invite friends who are not in your reservation to stay overnight.

4. Please pay attention to your volume.
4.1 Please drop the volume between 9 pm and 8 am, especially be careful of making noise with trolley bags
4.2 Conversations have the potential to become noise. Please refrain from talking loudly and be considerate to your neighbors by closing your windows at night.
4.3 Excessive drinking and holding parties in the house are strictly prohibited.
5. Please abide by the Japanese recycling rules and garbage classification. Please refer to the garbage disposal information in the guide for the method.
5.1 Carefully sort your garbage and recycles resources.
5.2 Littering may cause problems with your neighbours. Littering in public places such as streets, parks and plazas is prohibited by laws and ordinances.
5.3 If you don’t understand the classification method, please put the garbage in the entrance of the house and notify us, we will help you deal with it.
6. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
6.1 Smoking on the street is prohibited throughout the city, includes walking and smoking as well as smoking while standing on the street, even if you are using portable ashtrays.

6.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If we find that you were smoking indoors, we must ask you for additional fees JPY300,000.

7. We do not provide cleaning during your stay. Please take care of it on your own when the room gets dirty. For guests with a longer stay and introducing cleaning service is needed, please contact us and schedule the appointment.
8. If you lose the key(s), we must ask you for additional fees JPY10,000.
9. Please abide by our check out time. If we are unable to clean the room due to your late check out, we must ask you additional fees.
10. If you leave your stroller or suitcase in your house, we must ask you for a large garbage disposal fee (calculated based on the fee set by the Kita Ward Office).
11. Having food with heavy or strong smell is not allowed in the room. If there is any smell that makes you uncomfortable, please contact our staff.
