1. Keep the noise level down. Japan is a very peaceful and respectful place. It's expected that noise will be at a minimum with respect for neighbors.
2. No Parties. No bringing extra guests to apartment. Take care of my place as if it was your own.
3. Shoes off at the front door.
4. Treat the apartment as if it was your own. Leave the apartment as you found it.
5. No smoking in every area. Smoking is not allowed in the whole building. Please smoke outside of the building.
6. Turn off air conditioner or heater and lights before leaving the apartment.
7. If you break or lose something from the room, you will have to pay a penalty.
8. Check in 16:00~Check out ~10:00. We don't accept late check out. Cleaning staff come at 10:00 on your check out day
9. This house is built in June 2019, please understand that you might smell newly built house smell. We can't refund because of the smell.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
