1. No Parties. Please respect for neighbors and keep the noise level down. Take care of our house as if it was your own.
2. No bringing extra guests to house.
3. Smoking is not allowed in the room. You can smoke in the balcony or outside the building.
4. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Please turn off air conditioner or heater and lights when you leave the house every time.
7. We don’t accept late check out. We can't keep your luggage after check-out.
8. Please throw all of your garbage inside the refused area on the 1st floor before you leave the house.

※If you lose or break something or break these rules during your stay, you will need to pay a fine.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
