Standard accommodation rules

Rule 1: To maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room. If you need to add more people, please inform us in advance. (If the number of people staying exceeds the number notified at the time of booking, the host will have the right to refuse the extra people from entering the homestay)

Rule 2: Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter.

Rule 3: Pets are not allowed.

Rule 4: Please call in advance if you check in after the time limit. If you check in after the time limit and do not call in advance, no refund will be made and the room will not be reserved.

Rule 5: Provide relevant identity documents or passports before check-in for registration.

Rule 6: Each room only accommodates one group of guests at a time and will not share space with other guests.

Rule 7: If you are seriously injured or have a personal accident during your stay, you will be responsible for it yourself.

Rule 8: The hostel provides airport and station pick-up services, please make an appointment in advance.

Rule 9: This is just an apartment, not a hotel, please understand that there is no concierge service.

Rule 10: Smoking is strictly prohibited. If you are found smoking, you will be charged a minimum of $100.

Rule 11: The hostel is located in a residential area. Please keep quiet. No parties or any other types of noise activities are allowed. After 8 pm, please lower the volume to avoid disturbing others.

Rule 12: Drinking, chewing betel nuts, setting off firecrackers, parties, drug use and other illegal activities are prohibited. If found, the police will be called.

Rule 13: The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, and appliances in the house are the property of the hostel. If they are damaged or lost, please pay for them according to the price. If there is any damage or unusable situation, please notify us in time so that we can prepare for the next guest.

Rule 14: When you go out, please lock the door and turn off the lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances in the room.

Rule 15: In response to environmental protection, disposable toothbrushes and razors will not be provided, please bring your own.

Rule 16: Please keep your personal valuables properly. If you lose them, we will not be responsible. Please forgive us.

Rule 17: When you are done using the kitchen pots and dishes, please be sure to wash them.

Rule 18: Do not disturb your neighbors. Do not take pictures or enter neighboring apartments/houses.

Rule 19: Please do not check out late. If you check out late, you will be charged a fee.

Rule 20: Please keep the accommodation clean and follow the instructions to dispose of garbage

Rule 21: This accommodation provides Wi-Fi. It is generally fine, but if you watch a lot of videos, it may trigger data restrictions. It is recommended that those who need a stable network bring their own Wi-Fi device

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
