House Rules
Rule 1: For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate seniors over 60 years old with limited mobility.
Rule 2: This property has an age restriction for check-in. If a guest under the age limit is found checking in, the property may refuse to admit the guest. Please refer to the house rules for age restrictions.
Rule 3: To maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room. If you need to add someone, please inform us in advance. (If the number of guests exceeds the number notified at the time of booking, the host has the right to refuse the extra guests from entering the hostel.)
Rule 4: Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter.
Rule 5: No pets.
Rule 6: This hotel does not provide early check-in or late check-out services.
Rule 7: This hotel provides free bicycle rental service (1 bicycle). Please make a reservation in advance if necessary.
Rule 8: The hotel does not provide luggage storage service. Please negotiate with the landlord if you need it. Please forgive me.
Rule 9: Please call us in advance if you check in after the due date. No refund will be given and the room will not be reserved if you check in after the due date without prior notification.
Rule 10: Please provide identification documents or passport upon check-in to facilitate check-in.
Rule 11: Only one group of guests will be accommodated at a time and no space will be shared with other guests.
Rule 12: If you are seriously injured or have a personal accident during your stay, you are responsible for it yourself.
Rule 13: This property does not provide airport or train station pick-up service.
Rule 14: This is just an apartment, not a hotel, please understand that there is no concierge service.
Rule 15: Smoking is strictly prohibited. If you are found smoking, you will be charged a minimum of $100 in compensation.
Rule 16: The property is located in a residential area. Please keep quiet and no parties or any other type of noisy activities are allowed. After 10pm, please keep your volume down to avoid disturbing others.
Rule 17: Excessive drinking, chewing betel nuts, setting off firecrackers, cooking, barbecuing, parties, drug use and other illegal activities are prohibited. If discovered, call the police.
Rule 18: The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, and appliances in the house are the property of the hotel. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate for them according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please notify us immediately so that we can prepare for the next guest.
Rule 19: When you go out, please lock the door and turn off the lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances in the room.
Rule 20: To protect the environment, please bring your own personal toiletries as much as possible.
Rule 21: Please keep your valuables in a safe place. We will not be responsible if they are lost. Thank you for your understanding.
Rule 22: Please be sure to wash pots, bowls and dishes in the public kitchen after use.
Rule 23: Please take off your shoes when entering the room.
Rule 24: Do not disturb your neighbors. Do not film or enter neighboring apartments/houses.
Rule 25: Do not check out late. If you check out late, there will be a compensation fee.
Rule 26: If your intercom rings, don't answer it.
Rule 27: Please keep your accommodation clean and follow the instructions to separate your garbage.
Rule 28: Please do not carry spare keys and IC cards with you when traveling to avoid losing them.
Rule 29: Do not dye your hair or wash your hair at the bathroom sink in the hotel.
Rule 30: Don't throw garbage down the toilet.
Rule 31: Fire, cigarettes and candles are not allowed in the house.
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
