If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. A scheduled water outage will take place on January 7, 2026, from 11 AM-2 PM, at the Main Building. All facilities that use water, including toilets and laundry facilities will not be available during this time. Breakfast will be available 6:30 AM-10 AM (last order at 9:30 AM). A scheduled power outage will take place on January 6, 2026, from 11 AM-1 PM. All facilities that use power will not be available, and guests must unplug all the electric devices during this time. Housekeeping service is available only for stays of 5 nights or more, and is provided once per week. Additional housekeeping service or linen changes are available and must be requested by 9 PM, one day in advance; fees apply.
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Alcohol is not served at this property. This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
