Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Due to an emergency maintenance involving the hot spring pump, the natural hot spring at the public baths, Traditional Room, Non Smoking (With Private Hot Spring Bath), and Royal Suite, 1 Bedroom, Private Bathroom, Ocean View is unavailable until further notice. Water heated by the property will be manually added to the public baths. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger included in the reservation.
The seasonal pool will be open from June to October. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Hot springs access available from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. One child 6 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
