The Sunset pool, located in the Bay Wing, is available exclusively to guests booked in the Bay Wing and Club Wing. The Sunrise pool, located in the Ocean Wing, is available exclusively to guests booked in the Ocean Wing and Coral Wing. The indoor pool (located in the Ocean Wing) is available to all guests.
This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. A scheduled power and water outage will take place on December 19, 2025 from 12:30-5 AM. All facilities that use power and water, including elevators will not be available during this time. Room service will not available from 11 PM on December 18 to 6:30 AM on December 19, 2025. Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans receive breakfast for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Breakfast fees apply for additional guests. Guests booked in dinner included rate plans receive dinner for up to 2 adults who are sharing a guestroom. Dinner fees apply for additional guests.
Reservations are required for golf tee times. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 5 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
