HOUSE RULE
Notes on using this house rule / facility may be written in other languages such as English in addition to Japanese.
If there is a discrepancy between the two sentences of the house rule, the Japanese sentence shall take precedence in all respects.
▲ About the number of reservations
It is illegal for guests other than the number of people to use the facility to stay without money. Only the number of reserved guests can enter the facility.
Even if you do not stay overnight, it is included in the number of people, so please include it in the number of people even if you are staying temporarily without accommodation, such as visiting a friend.
If there is a change in the number of reservations, please be sure to make the change procedure by yourself from the reservation site.
If it is found that the number of people booked and the number of guests are different, we will charge an overage fee together with the specified additional fee and will notify the police in some cases.
* Cases where temporary stay is permitted (in the case of accommodation, costs will be incurred)

▲ About cleaning the facility
We try to clean it carefully, but if you have any concerns in your room, please let us know by sending a message with a photo of the relevant part on the day of check-in.
▲ About the outbreak and invasion of insects
No refunds will be given due to the outbreak or invasion of insects. Insects may invade and occur due to the environment where nature is nearby.
Please be careful not to open the doors and windows, or leave leftover food or leftover food indoors as it may cause insects to grow or invade.
* This does not apply to insects caused by building rot or leaks.
▲ About the use of bath (gas)
Please note that the gas supply will be cut off if you use it in the following ways.
· Continue to keep hot water for almost an hour
· Use of other gas appliances (dryer and gas stove) at the same time as using hot water for a long time
· Set the temperature of the water heater to 51 ° C or higher.
If you use it for a long time, you can prevent it from shutting down by stopping it for about 3 minutes.
* If it is cut off, it is often the case that the restoration work will be done in the presence of the gas company, and it may not be possible to respond on the day.
* Please note that we cannot provide refunds for troubles caused by shutting off gas.
▲ About room usage
· Wash used tableware and return it to its original location. (For facilities with BBQ equipment, wash the BBQ equipment and return it to its original location.)
· Please be sure to separate the garbage.
· Please spend your time indoors with indoor slippers instead of shoes.
If you do not comply with the above, if the room is in a state where more work than normal cleaning is required when cleaning after check-out, or if damage or stains in the facility are confirmed, additional cleaning and repair costs will be charged. I will charge you.
▲ About check-out time
We do not accept extension of check-out time.
If you stay over time, you will be charged an extra 10,000 yen per hour. (Example: 10,000 yen if the excess is ~ 1 hour, 20,000 yen if the excess is ~ 1 hour ~ 2 hours)
The cleaning staff will be waiting outside at the check-out time, but from the viewpoint of privacy, we do not give signals by intercom etc. in principle, so please leave on your own time.
■ We do not accept accommodation for minors only.
■ Additional number of guests without permission ・ Linen more than the number of guests is not allowed to enter the room, and non-guests are strictly prohibited from entering the room.
■ Pets and other animals are prohibited.
■ No shoes are allowed in the room.
■ Smoking is prohibited in the room and on the premises.
■ Regardless of the time of day, it is prohibited to make noise that may disturb other users or neighbors.
■ Please be careful when handling the fire when using the kitchen.
■ It is prohibited to bring in or use heating equipment such as fireworks, charcoal, gas stoves, hot plates, and BBQ equipment.
■ We apologize for the inconvenience, but please store the garbage indoors after sorting it or dispose of it in the designated place.
■ We do not provide additional services, raising and lowering futons, and other guest room services when amenities and consumables are insufficient.
■ If you take out, stain or damage the equipment, you will be required to pay a considerable amount of compensation.
■ Please park your car in the designated place. We are not responsible for accidents, loss, theft, etc.
■ Please resolve any troubles that occur between the users of this facility between the parties concerned.
■ We are not responsible for any accidents, disasters, thefts, etc. that occur in this facility or on the premises of this facility.
■ Please be sure to observe the check-out time. Overage will be charged if the check-out time has passed.
■ Please be careful about what you have left behind. Since this facility is an unmanned hotel, you can only return your forgotten items by "cash on delivery".
In addition to the cash on delivery fee, an "administrative fee (2200 yen including tax)" will be charged. It may take a few days as we will ship after confirming the payment of the "administrative fee". The storage period for lost items is one month after check-out.
In the event of any behavior or trouble that violates the above rules and etiquette, we will refuse to use the service, move out immediately, or charge a fine.
We have established rules to provide our customers with "safe, secure and comfortable" accommodation.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
