**Accommodation Rules**

1. **Contact Information**
We are unable to take phone calls. Please contact us via LINE or email. Check-in instructions will be provided in either Japanese or English.

2. **Accessibility Within the Property**
The first floor is accessible without the use of stairs, but please note that the bathroom and toilet are not equipped with barrier-free features such as handrails or step-free flooring. If you use a wheelchair or have concerns about mobility, we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

3. **Policy for Minors**
Minors are not allowed to stay alone. However, they may stay if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. **No Pets Allowed**
Pets are strictly prohibited in the property. If pets are found inside, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

5. **Luggage Storage**
As there is no on-site staff, we cannot offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please use coin lockers at Kojima Station or other nearby facilities.

6. **Informing Arrival Time**
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time preferably by the day before your stay, or at the latest on the day of check-in. As staff must travel from outside the property to meet you, your cooperation is appreciated to ensure smooth arrangements.

7. **Passport Information**
In accordance with Japanese law, foreign guests are required to present their passport and provide a copy. You can send a photo of your passport via LINE or our chat feature. This information will only be used for legal purposes and will be securely managed.

8. **Private Rental Accommodation**
This property is a whole-house rental. You will not be sharing the space with other guests during your stay, so you can enjoy complete privacy with peace of mind.

9. **No Smoking & Smoking Area**
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area outside. Your cooperation is appreciated.

10. **Noise at Night**
The property is located in a quiet residential area, with many elderly residents nearby. After 8:00 PM, please refrain from loud conversations or playing music outdoors. Kindly help maintain a peaceful environment.

11. **Use of Facilities**
Please handle all furniture and facilities with care. If you notice any damage or malfunctions, even minor ones, please let us know. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to cover the cost of repairs.

12. **Valuables**
Please take personal responsibility for your valuables. We cannot be held liable for any loss or theft.

13. **Shoes and Entry**
You may wear shoes in the entrance (genkan) area, but please remove them before entering the guest rooms such as the tatami rooms. This follows traditional Japanese customs, and we appreciate your cooperation.

14. **Check-Out Time**
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. To prepare the property for the next guests and cleaning, please ensure you check out on time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
