This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Ski slopes open in mid-December, depending on snow conditions. Guests should contact the property in advance of arrival for ski slope availability. Meals are not included in the breakfast and half board rate plans for children ages 3 and under. Disposable personal items such as toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, and shower cap are available for a surcharge in the lobby.
The seasonal pool will be open from August to August. Hot springs access available from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. A car is not required for transportation to and from this property. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
