・Customers arriving by train
*After arriving at "Echigo-Yuzawa Station", take the free shuttle bus to the hotel in about 30 minutes. ※The shuttle bus time is subject to the final announcement on the ski resort’s official website.
※Note: The shuttle bus is completely reservation-based, and the reservation must be made at least one day before check-in. It is recommended to book as early as possible to avoid seats filling up. (If there are no seats, you will need to take another bus or taxi to the hotel)
How to make an appointment:
1. You can make a reservation through the hotel link (https://jkokusai.co.jp/courtesy-bus/).
2. Contact AsiaYo customer service LINE id: @273fwqpl (reply during working hours only) or call the customer service hotline (02)7755-0575 (service Monday to Sunday) to arrange an agent appointment for you. You must provide "the number of adults/children traveling on the bus, the expected boarding date, and boarding time (for the timetable, please refer to the hotel announcement https://jkokusai.co.jp/access/).

[Information about skiing]
・We will give you a lift ticket at check-in.
・Ski rental set includes skis, boots, and poles. If you would like to use a set of rental wear, please complete the rental procedure on-site.
・We do not rent accessories other than clothing (goggles, hats, etc.). Please purchase at the store.
・Lift tickets can be used at Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort and Iwahara Ski Resort.　Available time 8:30
・Ski resort opening → Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort scheduled to open on 12/2 (Sat) / Iwahara Ski Resort scheduled to open on 12/23 (Sat)
・Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort Business hours: Weekdays 8:15-20:30, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 8:00-20:30 (night skiing 17:00-20:30)
・Iwahara Ski Resort Weekdays, Sundays, 1/8, 3/20 8:00-19:00 (night skiing 17:00-19:00) / Saturdays, 12/29-1/2, 1/7, 2/11・2/23 8:00-20:00 (Night game 17:00-20:00)
・Lift ticket usage time per day → 8:00-20:30 (can also be used during night skiing hours)
