The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's Kabin mobile app before check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.
One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
