There is space to leave your luggage in the room, but unfortunately there is no place to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. If you would like to leave your luggage before check-in, we may be able to accommodate you, so please contact us in advance.

2. Will the apartment be cleaned during my stay?
A professional cleaning staff will clean the apartment before the guest's arrival and after the guest checks out. In order to respect the individual's privacy, no one other than the guest will be allowed inside the apartment during the guest's stay. (If you would like the apartment cleaned or the sheets changed during your stay, this can be done for an additional fee.)

3. Can I check in early or check out late?
We are sorry, but we do not offer early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible depending on other guests' schedules, so please contact us in advance.
