According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner. This property offers nonstop shuttle bus service to and from Odawara train station. This property provides shuttle bus service to Odawara station at 11:15 AM, 2:15 PM, and 4:45 PM. Advance reservation is required.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
