【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is restricted to outdoor parking lots. *Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself. All other areas of the premises are non-smoking. (also not allowed in the garden)
■ No pets are allowed.
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Parties and events are not permitted.
■ Do not make loud noises in the house.
■ Please bring your own ingredients and seasonings (including salt and pepper).
■ Disposal of fire (fireworks, candles, etc.) in the facility is prohibited
■ The basement floor and the tea room are the owner's private areas. No entry, areas marked "Staff Only".
■ We have prepared a large electric stove, please enjoy it in the deck space. Bringing your own barbecue equipment is prohibited.
■ You are free to use 2 bicycles outside the back door. (Please note that we are not responsible for accidents etc., so please be careful when using.)
■ In order to strictly observe capacity, we do not allow anyone other than registered guests to enter the room.
■ According to the Accommodation Act, all tenants must submit the following documents: Name, Current Address, Occupation, Nationality, Passport (applicable to all tenants) Please be sure to attach one copy, passport and a photo of the tenant's ID in the passport.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
