Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Housekeeping is provided weekly for stays of 7 or more nights. Additional housekeeping is available for a surcharge. Trash collection, towel and nightwear exchange are available daily on request for all bookings at no additional charge. Onsite self-parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 3 PM on the day of check-in. Parking reservations are not accepted. The maximum vehicle height is 1.69 yards (1.55 meters) and the maximum vehicle width is 1.96 yards (1.8 meters). Guests with vehicles that exceed this limit will be guided to an offsite parking lot nearby.
One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Parking height restrictions apply.
