House Rules
【Check-in rules】
■ Sorry, but basically we don't allow late checkouts. If you check out late, you may be charged double the cleaning fee.
■ If you do not follow our check-in rules, you may also be charged double the cleaning fee.
■ If there is damage to furniture or supplies such as burns, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged
■ If the room is soiled by shoes, an additional cleaning fee of 10,800 yen JPY
■ When you cause complaints from nearby residents due to noise, etc., you will be charged 20,000 yen as compensation if you do not improve the situation. Also, you may not be able to stay consecutively (check out immediately)
■ Item damage fee (corresponding fee)

■ Follow the rules, otherwise a deposit will be charged
- No smoking (please use the smoking room)
- No pets allowed
- We ask you to keep the key during your stay, please make sure to lock it when you go out. Do not open the door if an unexpected visitor visits
- Please take off your shoes at our door. This is a common practice in most homes and temples in Japan.
- Please keep it as quiet as possible (especially at night or with windows open). Please do not have parties during your stay!
-Please close the door slowly and quietly. The sound of the door opening would bother us. We have very nice neighbors, so we want to be treated with respect.
- Be extra careful near windows or using balconies, especially on higher floors. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by the carelessness of the guests.
-Do not use towels, quilts or sheets from the storage room.
- When going out or leaving the property, make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning and heating, gas and running water for stoves and other electrical appliances
- Please separate your trash
- Please do not throw trash out of the room. When checking out, please leave trash in the room (wrap them up)
- Please do not throw any rubbish into the toilet
Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
