Check-in Rules
For your safety and comfort, please cooperate with the following.
★Please observe the check-in and check-out times.
・Check-in: after 3:00 pm
・Check-out: by 10:00 am
Room cleaning starts at 10:00. At 10:00, the staff will enter the room and start cleaning.
If you wish to check out late, please contact us by 18:00 on the day before check-out in order to adjust the cleaning schedule.
We do not accept late check-out on the day of check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
Late check-out fee: 1000 yen/hour
★Please refrain from the following actions during your stay.
・Making loud noises, running around, or jumping up and down that may cause a nuisance to nearby residents
・Smoking is prohibited on all premises, including indoors and outdoors.
: If there is damage caused by smoking, including the smell of cigarettes, we may charge an additional fee for repair and cleaning.
・Bringing pets
・Parties: Please be as quiet as possible after 9pm.
・Staying for more than the number of people booked: If there is a change in the number of people, please contact us each time.
・Eating and drinking on the bed
・Use of stains: Please let us know if the fixtures and furniture in the room are dirty and cannot be removed.
★Take off your shoes before entering the room.
<Regarding garbage disposal>
The nearby garbage station is for residents and cannot be used. Please check the guidebook in your room for garbage separation. If the trash can is full, take out the trash bag, tie it tightly, and put it in the corner of the room. The cleaning staff will clean up after you check out. If you wish to collect garbage during your long-term stay, please contact us and we will come to collect it. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as there are many cases where garbage causes troubles with neighboring residents. Please do not leave the room outside.
<About parking>
★ (For properties with a parking lot contract) Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it. 1 base is possible. Depending on the property, it is first-come, first-served basis. Parking is available until 10:00 am on the day of check-out. If you park in a different place, you may be towed, so please be careful. (Burden by guest)
★ (If you have a commuter pass for the parking lot) Please return it to your room when you check out. If it is damaged or lost, a reissue fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
<Things to keep in mind during your stay>
★When cooking, turn on the ventilation fan.
★Please leave the dishes and cooking utensils you used in the kitchen after washing them. Cleaning staff will store it after inspection.
★Please use the furniture without moving it.
★When you go out, be sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, and make sure the entrance is locked.
The host will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage in the room.
★ Home Wi-Fi or pocket Wi-Fi is available in the room. Pocket WiFi has a data limit. If the guest who stayed immediately before has used up all of it, the speed may be extremely slow. Please note.
★Please do not take home the equipment from the room.
★Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
Also, do not flush a large amount of paper at once, as it may clog the toilet.
★For guests staying for more than 2 weeks, please purchase consumables by yourself if the consumables in the room are out of stock.
★If you fail to follow the above rules and the following breakdowns/damage/loss/damage occur, we may charge you a fine of 10,000 yen and the actual expenses. Thank you for your understanding.

*Some rooms may have shoji screens or sliding doors. The Japanese paper used is very delicate, fragile, special and expensive, so please be careful not to damage the shoji/fusuma paper. Before your stay, we will check the room for any defects. If something is damaged during your stay, please contact us each time. If there is a repair cost, we will confirm it and invoice the customer at a later date.
