★Please note the check-in and check-out times!
・Check-in time: after 3:00 pm
・Check-out time: before 10:00 am
Room cleaning starts at 10:00. As soon as 10:00 arrives, the staff will enter the room and start cleaning. If you would like to check out later, please contact the hostel before noon the day before departure to adjust the cleaning time. Late notices and requests on the day of check-out will not be accepted!
Late check-out fee: 1,000 yen/hour
Parking lot remains open until 10am
★The following behaviors are prohibited during your stay:
・Please do not make loud noises, run around or jump up and down, as this may cause trouble to nearby residents
・Smoking is prohibited in all locations, both indoors and outdoors (if there is damage caused by smoking, including the smell of cigarettes, additional repair and cleaning fees will be charged)
・No pets allowed
・No parties: Please try to keep quiet after 9pm
・The actual number of guests must not exceed the reserved number of guests. If you need to change the number of people, please be sure to inform the hotel owner
・No eating or drinking in bed
・If there is any dirt on the devices or furniture in the room that cannot be removed, please let us know
★Please take off your shoes before entering the room.
<About garbage disposal>
Please do not use the nearby rubbish collection area (for local residents only). Please check the garbage sorting guide in the room for how to dispose of garbage. If the trash can is full, tie the trash bag tightly and place it in the corner of the room. Cleaning staff will clean after check-out. If you are staying for a long time and want to dispose of the garbage first, please contact the hotel owner and the staff will go to deal with it. Please don't leave trash outside your room! Please understand and cooperate
<About parking>
★(If the hotel has a contract with the parking lot) If you have parking needs, you must inform us in advance (basically, each household is limited to one car and first-come, first-served parking cannot be guaranteed). Parking is available until 10:00am on the day of check-out. If you don't park according to the regulations, you may be towed, so please be careful. (Towing costs are borne by yourself)
★(If the parking lot uses a monthly pass) Please leave the commuter pass in the room when checking out. If damaged or lost, a replacement fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
<Things to note during your stay>
★When cooking, please turn on the ventilation fan.
★Used tableware and utensils can be placed in the kitchen after cleaning. The cleaning staff will store them after inspection.
★Please do not move furniture.
★When going out, be sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, and lock the door. The owner is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage in the room.
★General wireless Wi-Fi or portable Wi-Fi is provided in the room. If it is a portable WiFi, there is a data limit. If all the previous guests are used up, the speed may be very slow. Please note!
★Please do not take the equipment and items in the room home.
★Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Also, don't flush large amounts of toilet paper at once as it may cause a clog.
★Guests staying for more than 2 weeks, if the consumables in the room run out, please purchase refills by yourself.
★If the above rules are not followed and any malfunction/damage/loss/damage occurs (as shown below), a fine of 10,000 yen and the actual cost of the loss will be charged.
